We accept returns ONLY in case of damage in transit , defects and incorrect products. (Domestic and International) . Damages should be informed immediately on same day of receipt of the goods Later than 24 hours claims will not be accepted.

Please note all our products are traditionally handcrafted by our artisans hence there might be slight variations.

Exchanges.

1.We do size exchanges in case a product doesn't fit you. Please e-mail us at customercare@hakimijewellery.com for assistance.

2.We are happy to exchange if the product doesn't suit you. Please e-mail us at customercare@hakimijewellery.com for assistance. Delivery and pickup charges are applicable here.

Disclaimed : Sale products cannot be exchanged or returned.

Refund Policy
