Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Hakimi Jewellery . Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Shipment processing time.

All orders are processed within 12-15 days business days after receiving the payment. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

For Domestic orders, shipping charges will be calculated based on the shipping location.

For international orders, shipping charges will be calculated based on the shipping location.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

We ship via reputed delivery partner Bluedart / DTDC / Delhivery for domestic orders and Aramex/ DHL for international shipments.

Disclaimer : Our international pricing varies from our INR pricing keeping currency fluctuations in account.

Shipment to Countries

Hakimi Jewellery ships to addresses within following Countries only:

US, UK, UAE, New Zealand, Australia, Canada, China, Hong Kong, Japan, Indonesia, Thailand, South Africa, Qatar, Oman, Malaysia, Singapore, Mauritius, France, Italy, Spain, Netherlands, Poland, Germany, Mexico, Bangladesh, Nepal, South Africa and Sri Lanka.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Hakimi Jewellery is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Delivery Method – International

International delivery cannot be guaranteed within a time frame due to customs

Please Note: VAT, duties and taxes will be applicable as per your country’s regulations and are to be borne by the customer. These charges will be billed separately to you by the courier company at the time of delivery.

Shipping Charges are based on shipping destination and weight of your parcel. Shipping companies determine shipping charges based on the package weight, customs clearance and various other factors.

Damages.

If you believe that the packaging is tampered with or damaged, before accepting delivery of the goods, please refuse to take delivery of the package, and call us at +91 9867830520 or email us at customercare@hakimijewellery.com mentioning your order reference number. We shall try our best to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest.
